New Construction - Newgate Homes built a charming neighborhood in the community of Mountain Gate, Clarkdale Arizona. Besides single family homes, large townhomes were also available. Clarkdale is located between Sedona and Jerome and only a few minutes from Old Town Cottonwood, the Verde Valley Medical Center and big box shopping. My buyer, who was relocated to this area during the summer found this townhome and knew her children would love it. Jen is a single mom who knew she could count on me to make her move as transparent as possible during her travels back and forth from Colorado to the Cottonwood area. This townhome was supposed to be ready back in October, but construction challenges contributed to the late date. It wasn't until last week that the Certificate of Occupancy was delivered!
