I am from the Philadelphia area, so buying a vacation home in Sedona was a bit of a challenge. Sheri went above and beyond to help my family find our home in only three trips. We had contacted a few real estate agents and Sheri was the only one that responded immediately. On the first trip Sheri spent days showing my wife and son numerous homes teaching us the various sections of Sedona and pro and cons of each of them. She even told us of the likely stores we would be buying groceries, going for auto repair and even fly fishing. After seeing at least a dozen homes we had narrowed the selection to three. I came out on trip two with my children to pick one of the three. Unfortunately our first choice was sold already so again we were back looking at numerous homes.

Meeting Sheri in person for the first time I saw her professionalism and dedication to making our home buying experience a success unbelievable. She always was respectful of my budget in all the homes she showed us. I finally realized I needed to raise my price range to get the views and the advantages of a brand new home in Sedona. On our third trip to Sedona my whole family not only agreed on the lot we purchased but signed all necessary forms and then in one long day picked the house plan, location on the lot and everything from the kitchen cabinets, light fixtures to the kitchen sink. We will hopefully be in our new home within a year. This could never have been done without Sheri’s dedication. I can honestly say, if you are looking to buy a home in Sedona
