Days On Market – Trends are starting to show a decline. With little inventory to pick from all homes are being looked at and offers are being made.New homes on market 4 weeks ago are gone!

The Market Action Index continues to rise and has increased to 29.5. 30 is the break even point between seller vs buyer advantage.   This rise is across all quartiles and is showing a steep increase. If this continues, pricing may move to a strong seller advantage.  Only the top quartile is in the buyer zone.

Bottom Line
